On November 2nd a special preview event of the film 'BANDAGE' was held. As Akanishi and the other cast members made their way onto the stage, loud screams erupted from the audience. The director Kobayashi lauded Akanishi. "I personally requested to have Akanishi play the lead role. He quickly executed whatever I asked him to do. He exceeded all expectations." The costars also praised Akanishi. "Akanishi-san was very friendly and made everyone relax." "Although he acts as if he doesn't care, he actually is gentle and was constantly caring about the other members." Akanishi looked slightly embarrassed but managed to say "I'm flattered (laugh)." The crowd laughed to see Akanishi acting so shyly. He then commented about the film. "The worldview was brilliant. I immediately fell in love with it."
In the film Akanishi's character fronts a five member rock band called 'LANDS'. The role seemed to have become a natural part of him. Just like in the movie, he and the other actors who played the band members could be seen smiling and joking with each other throughout the event. Even while they were onstage they whispered among themselves and shared a few laughs. Kobayashi, while smiling at the five actors, said he was satisfied with the work he'd done. "Since I'm originally from the music industry, it was my first time to direct a movie. But there was no stress, and I was able to relax and enjoy the whole process." [Kobayashi is famous as a music producer.]
For each of the 1000 tickets for a seat at the event, 300 fans applied. They were treated to an unexpected surprise. After the movie ended, the real LANDS members started to perform live. Kaneko wildly beat the drums, the director Kobayashi played the keyboard while the vocalist Akanishi sang seductively. Soon everyone was on their feet. LANDS played aggressively throughout their performance.
'BANDAGE' is set in the 1990s, when rock bands were all the rage in Japan. The young main characters work hard to achieve their dreams, but eventually discord surfaces, and they eventually find themselves on the brink of dissolving the band. The movie also takes a jab at the dark side of the music industry.

在这个活动中有1000个席位，其中有300名歌迷申请参加。款待她们的是特殊待遇。在电影结束后，真正的LANDS成员开始表演现场演出。Kaneko激烈地打着鼓，导演小林武史弹奏键盘，而赤西仁则性感地歌唱。很快所有人都站了起来。LANDS在整个表演中都非常地激动人心。

《BANDAGE》的背景设置在90年代，当时摇滚乐队在日本十分流行。年轻的主角为了梦想而努力工作，但是渐渐不和谐的事情发生了，他们逐渐走到了乐队解散的边缘。这部电影还揭示了音乐节的黑暗面。

Am 2. November gab es einen besonderen Event zur Vorstellung einer Preview des Films 'BANDAGE'. Bereits als Akanishi Jin und die anderen Schauspieler die Bühne betraten, gab es laute begeisterte Rufe aus dem Publikum. Der Regisseur lobte Akanishi: „Ich habe persönlich nach Akanishi in der Hauptrolle verlangt. Er hat immer sofort gemacht, worum ich ihn gebeten habe und hat dabei alle Erwartungen übertroffen." Auch die Co-Stars lobten Akanishi. „Anaknishi-san war unheimlich nett und hat immer alle dazu gebracht ganz entspannt zu bleiben." „Er tut immer so, als ob ihn das alles nichts angeht, aber eigentlich ist er wirklich nett und sorgt sich ständig um andere." Akanishi sah ein wenig verlegen drein, aber er schaffte es grad noch ein „Ich fühl mich geschmeichelt", heraus zu bringen und lachte. Die Fans lachten als sie Akanisch so schüchtern sahen. Dieser kam dann endlich dazu auch über den Film zu sprechen. „Die Perspektive war einfach brillant. Ich habe mich sofort in den Film verliebt."

In besagtem Film spielt Akanishi den Frontmann einer fünfköpfigen Band namens "LANDS", wobei ihm diese Rolle wie auf den Leib geschrieben zu sein scheint. Genau wie im Film konnte man über den gesamten Event hinaus die anderen Schauspieler mit einander herumalbern sehen. Selbst auf der Bühne flüsterten sie sich gegenseitig Dinge zu und lachten gemeinsam. Kobayashi lobte die Arbeit der fünf Schauspieler lächelnd und war sehr zufrieden mit ihnen. „Eigentlich bin ich ja aus dem Musikgeschäft und es war das erste Mal, dass ich bei einem Film Regie geführt habe. Es gab da aber überhaupt keinen Stress und ich konnte mich wirklich entspannen und den ganzen Prozess genießen." [Kobayashi ist bekannt für seine Musikproduktionen.]

Für JEDES der auf 1000 limitierten Tickets bewarben sich 300 Fans und die 1000 glücklichen Fans wurden mit einer besonderen Überraschung erfreut. Am Ende des Films traten nämlich noch die anwesenden Mitglieder von „LANDS" direkt auf. Kaneko schlug wild auf sein Schlagzeug ein, Regisseur Kobayashi spielte das Keyboard und Akanishi sang verführerisch. Die Menge blieb daraufhin nicht lange sitzen , und LANDS spielten eine durch und durch rockige Show.

Der Film „BANDAGE" spielt in den 90ern, als die Rockbands in Japan alle in Aufruhr waren. Die jungen Hauptcharakter arbeiten hart daran ihren Traum zu verwirklichen, doch schließlich machen sich Streitigkeiten bemerkbar und die Band befindet sich letzten Endes am Rande der Auflösung. Obendrauf bekommt auch die dunkle Seite der Musikindustrie noch einen Seitenhieb verpasst.
