It is a completely new euclid agency official fan club membership service with which you can get services for all euclid agency artists.

All members will receive a membership card with their personal membership number
(You will be asked to verify your identity at the exclusive fan club events and in other cases.)
* In some countries you may be taxed when receiving the membership card.
* When you are taxed when receiving the membership card, you will need to pay the tax.



1-2-(2). Get exclusive and exciting information!


We will provide exclusive interviews, reports, photos, videos and comments etc. you won't find anywhere else via the website!
You will be able to access the web site's contents right after you become a member.
(After you enter your ID and Password for the login.)

You will get the chances to win a present from the band member and other autographed items.
* Depending on the contents of the present, you might have to pay for the shipping fees. Please understand.



1-2-(4). Access to Advanced Ticket Sales!


You will be able to reserve tickets to concerts and events held exclusively for fan club members before the tickets are sold to the general public!
* In some cases, such as due to the policies of the concert venue etc, you may not be able to reserve tickets.
* Please understand that for some concerts/events the people who will be able to purchase tickets will be decided by lot.
* The ticket will be given to you at the concert/event venue. To receive the ticket, you will need to show your membership card etc. For details, please read the warnings when purchasing the tickets.



1-2-(5). Get merchandise of tours in Japan and abroad!


You can purchase merchandise of tours in Japan and abroad, and merchandise sold exclusively to fan club members via the web while at home!
* You may not be able to purchase some of the merchandise due to shipping restrictions.
* Depending on the country you are living in, you may not be able to receive some of the merchandise.
* Depending on the country you are living in, you may be taxed when receiving some of the merchandise.
* When you are taxed when receiving some of the merchandise, you will need to pay the tax.
* Please understand that even if incidents such as those mentioned above occur, you cannot return the merchandise and/or receive a refund.

(2). The "Fan Club Membership Terms" will be shown for you to read carefully. If you agree to the terms, check "Agree" and click "Continue".
(3). Click "Yes".
(4). Login with your MJP account.
(5). Click "Upgrade"
(6). The "Fan Club Membership Terms" will be shown for you to read carefully. If you agree to the terms, check "Agree" and click "Continue".
(7). Check your mail to get your validation code. Copy and paste it to "Postkey" in the form. Click "Continue"
(8). Confirm your information and click "Continue"
(9). Type in your address and click "Continue"
(10). Enter your phone number and click "Continue"
(11). Click "Subscribe" for a service subscription or "Buy now" for a one-year payment.
(12). Make your payment through PayPal.
(13). Return to the Club Euclid International site and enjoy!

2. The "Fan Club Membership Terms" will be shown for you to read carefully. If you agree to the terms, check "Agree" and click "Continue".
3. Click "No".
4. Fill in your information
5. Check your mail to get your validation code. Copy and paste it to "Postkey" in the form. Click "Continue"
6. Confirm your information and click "Continue"
7. Type in your address and click "Continue"
8. Enter your phone number and click "Continue"
9. Click "Subscribe" for a service subscription or "Buy now" for a one-year payment.
10. Make your payment through PayPal.
11. Return to the Club Euclid International site and enjoy!



2-2. When will I get the membership card?


It will be shipped about four week after your registration.
You can track it with the tracking number on the internet which is sent to your mail address you registered.



2-3. There was a VAT on my membership card. Will the fan club pay for it?


We're sorry but the VAT and other taxes must be paid by the fan club members.



2-4. Can I choose the shipping method for the membership card?


No. All membership cards are shipped via EMS.
If you are living in a region where we cannot ship via EMS, we will ship via registered mail.



2-5. I lost my membership card. Can I get another one?


We will reissue your membership card. Please note that you will have to pay a fee for the reissuing of your membership card.

* The shipping fee varies depending on the region you are living in. Please ask the staff about the shipping fee.
* Please understand that at the longest it will take a month to reissue and ship your membership card.

* If you wish to have your membership card reissued, please send the following information.
- Your membership number
- Your registered name
- Your registered email address
- The address to where you want the membership card to be shipped.
- Your preferred shipping method (EMS or Airmail or SAL)
* When the membership card is shipped by airmail or SAL, you cannot track/trace it. Please understand that once the membership card is shipped by airmail or SAL, you cannot check the location of the membership card.
* Please understand that we will not take any responsibility if the membership card is damaged or lost during shipping.

3-1. How much is the annual fee?


- First year: 5,000 JPY

Note:
* We recommend subscription because the membership fee for the second year and after will be 4,000 JPY instead of 5,000 JPY.
* If you cancel the subscription from PayPal, your membership will automatically be cancelled regardless of the membership term. All data stored for fan club membership purpose will be deleted automatically because of the system configuration, therefore you can not access any services of the Club Euclid International afterwards.
If you do not wish to renew your membership contract, please cancel your subscription right before the expiration date.



3-2. What is the difference between subscription and one year payment?


1. Your membership will be automatically renewed from the second year onwards. You don't need to go through any additional renewing procedures. Your membership will be renewed from the second year and after and the service will continue.
2. If you choose to make annual payments, you will receive three renewal notifications (3 weeks, 2weeks and 2 days) before your renewal date.
If you follow the instruction in the mail and complete the renewal procedure, the service will continue.
If you do not renew by the due date, the service will be suspended by the day your membership expires. (Cancellation will be done automatically.)



3-3. Can I pay with other payment method besides PayPal?


Currently, we only accept PayPal. We are planning to install other payment methods in the future.



3-4. Can I pay without having a credit card?


If you have a PayPal account, you don't need a credit card to make a payment.
However, your PayPal account balance must be at least the same or higher than the total amount of the payment or you need to add a debit or credit card to your PayPal account.



3-5. What happens to the payment for the following year?


It differs depending on the payment method you chose when you registered to the fan club. Please refer to the states written below.

1. Subscribed membership will be renewed automatically in the second year and after.
* If the balance of your registered PayPal account is not the same or higher than the renewal fee, your membership will not be renewed.
* If you wish to renew your membership, please check your registered PayPal account's balance before the renewal date.
* If your membership is not renewed even if your registered PayPal account's balance is the same or higher than the renewal fee, there may be something wrong with your PayPal account. In that case please contact PayPal for information.

2. Others will be receiving a reminder mail 3 weeks before the renewal deadline. Please follow the instruction in the e-mail to renew your membership.
* If there are only 2 weeks or less before the renewal deadline and you still haven't received a reminder email, please contact us.
* When contacting us please tell us your membership number.
* Please understand that you cannot renew your membership under any circumstances after the renewal deadline.



3-6. Can I pay for several years?

We don't accept payment for several years. Please choose "Subscription" for continuous membership or renew your account every year.



4. About the membership information

You can change the information you registered by using your account page located in the upper right of the screen after logging in.

4-1-(1). After logging in, click '[your username]' of 'Your account [your username]' located in the upper right of the screen.
4-1-(2). Click 'Edit profile and your order'. Follow the instructions listed below.

4-1-(3). [If you want to change your address]
4-1-(3)-1. Type in the correct address to 'Basics' inside 'Edit user profile'.
4-1-(3)-2. From among the menu tabs, click 'Address Book' and type in the correct address.

4-1-(4) [If you want to change your phone number]
4-1-(4)-1. From among the menu tabs, click 'Contact Book' and type in the correct phone number.

4-1-(5). [If you want to change your email address]
4-1-(5)-1. Type in the correct email address to 'Contact info' inside 'Edit user profile'.
* As of March 2013, a bug occurs when you try to change your email address.
* We will notify you once the bug that occurs when you try to change your email address is fixed.

4-1-(6). [If you want to change your password]
4-1-(6)-1. Select 'Change password?' in 'Basics' inside 'Edit user profile'.
4-1-(6)-2. Click 'Click to change'.
4-1-(6)-3. Type in the new password.
* If your password is not reissued, please contact us. When contacting us, please tell us your membership number, registered email address and registered name.

4-1-(7). [If you've forgotten your password]
You can have your password reissued via MJP (http://www.musicjapanplus.jp/).
4-1-(7)-1. Click 'login' located in the upper right of the screen.
4-1-(7)-2. Click 'Forgot password?'.
4-1-(7)-3. Type in your registered user name and registered email address, and then click 'Submit'.
4-1-(7)-4. The reissued password will be sent to your registered email address. Please check the email.
* If your password is not reissued, please contact us. When contacting us, please tell us your membership number, registered email address and registered name.

5. About Cancellation


5-1. How can I cancel my subscription?

5-1. How can I cancel my subscription?


* Access to the website will be denied immediately after canceling your membership.
* If you cancel your membership on your own accord, none of the membership fee will be refunded even if you cancel your membership before the membership renewal deadline.
* Once you cancel your membership, your membership card/membership number will be rendered invalid. So once you cancel your membership, you will not be able to use your membership card/membership number.

5-1-(1). For those who chose subscription
First, cancel your fan club subscription within your PayPal account.
Please cancel your subscription using the steps described below.
(1). Login to your PayPal account.
(2). Click on the "History" tab.
(3). Choose the subscription payment and click "Detail"
(4). Click "View details"
(5). Click "Cancel"
(6). Click "Cancel profile"

If you cancel the subscription with the instruction mentioned above, your fan club account will be deleted automatically.
Then, your cancellation is completed.

5-1-(2). For those who chose a payment method besides subscription.
Your account will automatically be cancelled if you do not renew your account by the renewal deadline.
You don't need to go through any procedure with your PayPal account.
If you wish to terminate your fan club account within the membership term, please send a mail to the fan club separately.



5-2. Will the membership fee be refunded, if I cancel my membership before the renewal date?


Please note that if you cancel your membership on your own accord, neither entrance fee nor the annual fee will be refunded.



5-3. Can I still access the site after the cancellation?


We're afraid that if you cancel your membership on your own accord, you won't be able to receive any service after the cancellation is completed even if your membership period is not yet terminated.



5-4. Can I keep using my membership number after the cancellation?


You can not keep your membership number, as all information connected to it will be deleted with the cancellation.



5-5. Can I re-register right after the cancellation?


You can always re-register. However, please note that, if you cancel your membership once, you will need to pay the entrance fee and annual fee again, as you will be treated as a new member again.
Also, your previous membership number will and can not be used, since a new membership number will be issued with renewed membership entry.
Please keep these conditions in mind, when considering a membership cancellation.



6. About the Live Ticket


6-1. Can I buy advanced tickets of live shows?

6-1. Can I buy advanced tickets of live shows?


Yes, you can. However, in some cases tickets might not be available depending on the venue capacity.
Further information for tickets that are available will be available in the "What's new?" section of the site.
* We cannot provide information about sales of concert/event tickets.
* Please understand that if information about sales of tickets for a concert/event is not posted to the 'What's new?' section, that means tickets for that concert/event will not be sold by us.



6-2. Do I have to be in Japan when I buy advanced tickets?


No, you don't need to be in Japan when you buy tickets.



6-3. Can I buy things without having an address in Japan?


Yes, if you are a member of the fan club, you can do any purchases without an address in Japan.



6-4. Do I have to pay in Japanese Yen?


You can purchase using the currency of your country.



6-5. Can I reserve a ticket for my friend?


No. You can only purchase a ticket if you are going to the concert/event for that ticket.
The concert/event tickets you purchased via the fan club can only be received by you.



6-6. When reserving multiple tickets, does the person going with me to the concert/event have to be a fan club member?


6-6-(1). If the concert/event is held exclusively for fan club members:
The person going with you needs to be a fan club member.
When entering the venue, you need to show your membership card. The person going with you needs to bring his/her membership card.

6-6-(2). If the concert/event is a non-exclusive concert/event:
If you, the person who reserved the tickets, are a fan club member, the person going with you does not have to be a fan club member.



6-7. I won a concert/event ticket. Where do I pick up the ticket?


The ticket will be given to you on the day of the concert/event at the venue's reception booth for fan club members or the place where tickets at the door are sold.
The following are the items you will need when picking up your ticket. Please make sure to bring them with you.

- Fan Club ID Card
- Passport, Alien Registration Card or Other Official Photo ID
- Miscellaneous:
* Please read the warnings when applying for the ticket.
* If your registered name is different from the name on the ID card you show, you cannot receive the ticket.



6-8. I want to know where my seats will be. Can you let me know?


We can not tell you in advance. Seats can not be chosen, as it is common for all fans in Japan.

We cannot provide any information about the selling of specific merchandise.
We will notify you via our email magazine about the merchandise that will be sold, so please check our email magazine.



7-3. When will my items be shipped?


It will be shipped in about two to three weeks.
You will receive shipping notification mail after it's shipped.
If you have chosen EMS for your shipping method, you will also receive EMS tracking number in the mail.
* For some items it may take considerable for them to be shipped.
* When requesting information about an item you purchased, please tell us the order number.



7-4. What kind of shipping method do you have for the store? And what are the difference?


There are EMS, Airmail and SAL.

The fastest and most reliable shipping method. Tracking number and insurance will be provided.
When purchasing items, we strongly recommend choosing EMS as the shipping method.

[Airmail]
No tracking number nor insurance will be provided. The fan club is not liable for loss or damage by the postal service.

The most reasonable shipping method.
No tracking number nor insurance will be provided. Takes up to 12 weeks or more.

7-5. Can my name in PayPal be different than one in the fan club?


The fan club may need confirmation about the purchase to the mail address registered to PayPal account.
Please read the mail carefully and reply to it with in one week.
